Welcome. The therapy relationship provides a unique and potentially powerful space to explore the concerns you bring. In the first session we talk about what you hope to gain from this process and how we will work together. From here the process is crafted together within a safe, confidential and compassionate context.

My Therapy Experience

The last twenty years have given me the privilege of providing therapy for adults, children, teenagers and couples.

Initially trained at a centre which specialised in the treatment of trauma, I was given the skills to help people stabilise and recover the quality of their lives. I work with a breadth of concerns including anxiety, performance anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, self-harm, self-esteem and confidence struggles, grief and loss, relationship problems, managing addictive behaviours, OCD, childhood trauma, abuse including domestic, sexual, psychological and spiritual, as well as work or academic difficulties and stress management.

I have also worked with men and women who have been on the front lines of military and emergency service.

Fees: £60 for an individual session, couples £90 for an hour and a half session.
