Gina Collins

Gina Collins

I am Gina, a qualified and experienced counsellor and supervisor. I work with a wide range of clients experiencing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem and low confidence, work issues, relationship problems, and difficulties from the past that are causing problems in the present. I work with adults of all ages, and have worked for many years with children and young people at Young Devon, a charity for young people.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to safely explore the issues that are negatively impacting your well-being, because sometimes our problems can feel too much and too difficult to manage by ourselves – we can be left struggling to cope with negative emotions, thoughts and experiences, or feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Whatever is causing you concern or distress in your life, I will listen without judgement and work alongside you to help you discover your own insights and solutions.

Focusing On Your Needs

I work with an integrative therapy approach – this means that I have trained in different ways of working therapeutically, so I can be flexible and adapt to your particular wants or needs. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), as well as the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I also offer clinical supervision for counsellors.

I welcome face-to-face appointments at the PAC offices in central Exeter, and also offer therapy online via Zoom.

Please get in contact by emailing me at gina@ginacollinstherapy.com to arrange an initial low-cost 30-minute informal consultation.
