I’m currently seeing clients in person at PAC Exeter and continuing to work online with clients who prefer this way of working.
I work with adults of all ages, and have experience of working with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationships, bereavement and loss, with a special interest in and experience of, low self-esteem and confidence, workplace stress, university student issues, and womens’ emotional and psychological health and wellbeing.
I’m a very experienced and qualified counsellor. A registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP), and I work to the code of ethics set down by the BACP ethical framework.
I’m also a qualified and experienced supervisor offering supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors: also, people working in job roles where it’s helpful for their wellbeing to have a safe space to explore the work and its impact on them.
I offer a low cost 30-minute informal consultation; an opportunity to meet with me, find out more about my approach, and then decide if you feel comfortable working with me as your counsellor.
