Shannon
Hi! I’m Shannon and I am an Integrative counsellor. I offer a safe, healing, and inclusive space to explore any concerns or issues that might be affecting your day to day life. If you’re finding that you are struggling to put your needs first, overcommitting, becoming overwhelmed, feeling lost, struggling with low confidence and self belief, then counselling might be something to consider. Together, we will work towards helping you understand yourself better and empower you to make changes so you can live a more authentic and balanced life.
I will always be guided by you, at your pace, with what you feel comfortable with, and work towards building a therapeutic relationship based on respect and trust. During our time together, we may explore self-limiting beliefs, where they come from, and create lasting change that is aligned with who you truly are.
Qualifications
- BSc Psychology (BPS accredited)
- Certificate in Integrative Counselling
- Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited)
Working with me
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework.
I offer face to face sessions which will be based in the rooms at PAC Exeter in Barnfield Crescent. I also offer telephone and video sessions. I offer a free 20 minute zoom call to all who enquire, which allows you to ask any questions you might have and for us both to determine whether we would like to work with each other.
Sessions are 1 hour (60 minutes). I charge a standard fee of £50 per session. I offer a concessionary rate of £45 per session to students and NHS workers.
